Do I have to register to make an order?Yes registration is required in order for us to have all the correct details.

How do I set up my first order?Simply click on the “Order Now” button on the webpage and this will take you to the customer portal where you will enter all of your details and select a delivery day and products.

Is there a charge for delivery?No the delivery service is free.

Is there a minimum order?No we are happy to deliver any quantity no matter how big or small.

Can I pick a delivery day and time?We deliver to certain areas on certain days, all this information is within the ordering process. We do expect deliveries to be made by 9am at the latest, but sometimes this can be delayed due to weather, transport problems or staff illness. In the case of any of these things, we will ensure delivery is made by the evening of the same day or the following day.

Can I set up a regular weekly order?Yes it’s very simple just follow the instructions within the customer portal.

Can I change my regular order?Yes there is an option to do this in the customer portal.

If I go on holiday can i pause my orders?Yes this can be done within the customer portal there is an option for this.

What should I do if I don’t receive my order or am delivered the wrong items?Contact us immediately via email or telephone and we will do our very best to rectify the error as soon as possible.
